What is included in my monthly subscription?
Your monthly subscription provides access to a seven-session self-assessment that helps identify your strengths and areas for growth. You'll also get connected with experienced, affordable coaches who can provide expert guidance based on your assessment results and individual needs. Each new membership comes with a 30-minute complimentary one-on-one coaching session.
How long will it take me to complete my self-assessment?
You determine the completion time, depending on the pace at which you work.
Is there more to do after I complete the self-assessment?
Yes. If you maintain a membership you will have access to group coaching and community events led by Merity coaches. You will also be able to purchase affordable coaching minutes and continue the work with your coach.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my coach?
We hope you will be happy with your experience, including your coach, but of course if you are not, please contact us at merity@mymerity. We will address your concerns and replace your coach. We also welcome feedback about our coaches as we intend to provide the highest quality of service.
What is the Merity coach cancellation policy?
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow Merity members and coaches, please cancel as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. All appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will forfeit the minutes reserved. All no-show appointments will also forfeit the minutes reserved.
